Overall had truly memorable stay on vacation. I ate at a great restaurant for dinner. The bed seemed soft and it was clean all around. The staff were lovely, informative, would stay here again. The location was unbeatable and super, for example, Bodegas Piedemonte was within walking distance of the hotel.

The breakfast in the restaurant is sumptuous and sensational with several local dishes. The units are nicely decorated in the older space.

everything was simply really good. we requested a superior queen room with spectacular view and were completely satisfied. the staff was very amiable, always there to help.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the town and easy to walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Another great aspect was the size of the rooms, they were spacious and had a lot of character. the breakfast provided was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from.

The limited parking available. It was a bit of a hassle having to park in a crowded town lot.

We loved the visit to the Castle de Olite.. It was amazing, the best we have ever viewed. The restoration has been excellent. It is a magnificent piece of history and an absolute pleasure to view. The staff at the Parador were very helpful and pleasant, unlike Cardona!

The units were very well decorated in the older space. The staff is really helpful and efficient. Plus, the location is exceptionally nice and very special, minutes from a restored castle.

Great location in medieval town square, with a historic atmosphere. Stayed in a spacious tower room, full of history, with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Helpful and considerate staff. Easy car access, free parking nearby.

It is a beatiful setting with Parador hotel being part fo an old castle.

Just to be informed before hand as where to park the car would have been useful but we were informed by the staff on arrival . Parking was outside the castle wall area which was few minutes walk.

The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, from the beautifully furnished rooms to the delicious breakfast included in the rate. Situated in the heart of the historic town, this hotel provides a truly authentic experience. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the basic amenities are all well taken care of. The rooms offer great views and are decorated in the typical Parador style, adding a touch of elegance to the overall experience.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were fantastic - nothing to complain about!

While the overall castle environment and atmosphere is nice, the rooms might need to be refurbished.
